The Sterling Life Insurance Company offers a variety of Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans. Sterling supports the Coalition for Medicare Choices, which works to maintain available options for private Medicare plans and improve costs and benefits for plan members.
Sterling offers Medicare Advantage Private Fee-for-Service plans through Sterling Options, an array of plans offering different costs and benefits, as well as the option to include prescription drug coverage. If you choose a Private Fee-for-Service plan, you may visit any doctor or hospital that accepts the plans terms and conditions. Different plans will provide different costs and benefits, including benefits not covered by the Original Medicare Plan, such as preventive care coverage or vision and hearing benefits.
If you choose to remain on the Original Medicare Plan, Sterling offers Medical Supplement Insurance (Medigap) policies to help pay your copayments and deductibles for Medicare-covered services. You may also choose to purchase Medicare Part D* prescription drug coverage if you want to add drug benefits to your Original Medicare coverage.
