SecureHorizons

SecureHorizons seeks to provide Medicare health plans that contribute to members' health and well-being. Customer service representatives help members understand the plans available and the coverage that may be right for their situation. SecureHorizons is part of a larger health insurance company, UnitedHealth Group. Some SecureHorizons plans are now sold under the AARP brand name. While SecureHorizons Medicare plans are available across the country, not all plans will be available in all areas.

SecureHorizons offers both Medicare Advantage Plans and Medigap plans, depending on your needs. If you opt for a Medicare Advantage plan, you may choose from plans with low or no monthly premiums, with or without prescription drug coverage*, and additional benefits such as preventive services or vision coverage. You can select an HMO plan that coordinates your care through a network of local doctors and hospitals, or a Private Fee-for-Service plan that allows you to visit any service provider that will accept the terms and conditions of your SecureHorizons plan.

* You may be able to get extra help to pay for your prescription drug premiums and costs. To see if you qualify for getting extra help, call:
