The Partnership HealthPlan of California offers PartnershipAdvantage as a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Program available to those eligible for both Medicare and Medi-Cal. PartnershipAdvantage provides Medicare coverage for low-income seniors and those with disabilities, combining Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits into a single plan designed to provide healthcare coverage and prescription drug benefits.* PartnershipAdvantage offers some services at low or no copayments for members.
The Partnership HealthPlan works to provide high-quality health care services, operating a Quality Monitoring and Improvement program to oversee member services. Members may have a Care Coordinator who will help them resolve issues with their healthcare services. In addition, members may receive special benefits such as transportation to receive medical services, in-home safety assessments, preventive care, and care after hospitalization.
PartnershipAdvantage offers a network of doctors and pharmacies. You receive coverage for services provided within the PartnershipAdvantage network. You must live in one of the plan's service areas to be eligible to join.
