It's always been a bit more difficult to get health care insurance at an older age; so it's always been known that you should try to obtain it while you are still young. In the state of Arizona, Noridian Administrative Services was selected to be the contractor for Medicare policies in the state by the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services. Now, in the state of Arizona, individuals who are 65 and older (and the disabled) are able to get the medical insurance they need. After enrolling in the Medicare program, you will receive a policy card to provide to physicians that accept Medicare.
There are two types of Medicare plans offered in the state of Arizona - Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B. With the Medicare Part A plan; you are given coverage for the services you use at the hospital or health care facility you use. Most of the fees rendered are paid for by the Part A policy, but you still have to pay coinsurance or yearly deductibles. It is recommended that you also enroll in the Medicare Part B plan to get coverage you need for doctor visits and medical supplies.
